Shipping

Orders are prepared and shipped from our Berlin atelier within 3 to 5 working days. Shipping is free across Europe on orders over €150. Below that, a flat rate from €8 applies, depending on destination.

Returns

You have 14 days after delivery to return an item that doesn't suit you — in its original condition, unworn and with its tags. Refunds are processed within 10 working days of receiving the return.

Sizing

Our pieces are hand-knitted, which can lead to slight variations between items. The knit is soft and tends to mould to the body — if you're between two sizes, go with the smaller one. A detailed size guide can be found on each product page.

Care

Hand wash in cold water with a gentle detergent, then dry flat away from direct sunlight. Avoid tumble dryers and washing machines, which will distort the knit.

Materials

We work exclusively with 100% natural fibres of known origin: virgin wool, merino, alpaca, linen. No synthetic fibres, no added dyes — unless explicitly stated on the product page.
