Every design is knitted a fixed number of times.
I knit every piece myself in Berlin, from the first stitch to the last. What is left of each edition is here, and you can hold me to it.
Five designs exist right now
Every design here has a last piece. After it there is no more of that design, in any size and any colour.
The dress stops at two. Bella’s Top runs to eight. I set each number before the first piece of that design sells, and then it does not move.

The five designs above are the series. The other half is made for one person, one film, one night on a stage, and then there is no other. Artists hire those.

A piece can be hired for a shoot, a stage or a film. Each one is arranged with me directly.
The origin
I can tell you where this wool was shorn, and who washed it.
The Summer Bag’s wool comes from Laines Paysannes, a cooperative in Saverdun in the Ariège. Free-range sheep in the Pyrenees, sorted on the day of shearing, washed in the Ariège and the Haute-Loire, spun in Dreuilhe. The dress is Lang Yarns merino; the skirt and the top are Venne’s recycled denim.
Two fibres have no confirmed supplier yet. Those records stay empty until they do.

The tag
Every piece carries its record on a tag.
It names the design and the number this piece holds inside its edition. It names the fibre, where I can name it. The same record sits on the piece’s page here, and it goes with the piece when it leaves.

It gets its number inside the edition, and a record that stays with it.

When it goes, it ties a knot in the thread, and the archive keeps that knot in view.
